Electrochemical Moebius Silver Refining Cells

Impure silver anode bars are dissolved in a nitric acid electrolyte bath under direct electric current. Pure silver ions migrate across the solution and deposit as crystal-pure 99.99% silver flakes on titanium cathode plates, leaving all copper and base metals in solution.

Air Scrubbing & Zero Toxic Effluent Discharge

All refining fumes pass through multi-stage alkaline chemical scrubbers, and rinse waters undergo reverse-osmosis filtration, meeting international ISO 14001 environmental sustainability standards.
